EVENT & MEETING SPACE RENTAL

The Main Street Resource Center has a conference room space available for rent. The space is available by the hour as well as by the day.  The room is equipped with a television and/or projector that is able to connect to a laptop, as well as necessary seating and comfort options.

Greenhouse (Seats approximately 12)

o   $25.00 1 hour, $75.00 1-4 hrs, $120 over 4hrs

Event Hall (Seats approximately 75)

o   A or B - $55 1 hour, $110 1-4 hours, $200 over 4hours

o   Combined A & B - $100 1 hour, $200 1-4 hours, $375 over 4hours

Co-WORKING MEMBERSHIP & PRIVATE OFFICE SPACE

The foundation of the Main Street Resource Center is our membership community, made up of main street district businesses, district supporters, co-workers and tenants. Their professional diversity creates a lively space that fosters collaboration and networking.

Co-worker $55/month

• Use of shared workspace and open office areas

Private Office $200-$600 based on office size (57 sq ft - 343 sq ft)
