As Patrick and Megan engaged in a conversation about their respective careers, they stumbled upon a shared realization – a pressing need for their services within the community. Megan, armed with a Master's Degree in Social Work from Indiana University, and Patrick, equipped with a Master's Degree in Public Health from Purdue, envisioned a company that could alleviate the burden of creating mental wellness programs for other businesses.

The company offers a wide range of services, including in-person and virtual sessions, mental health workshops, on-demand courses, community health support, mental health education, and a Feel-Good Portal, among others. Their commitment to accessibility is evident in their virtual offerings, allowing them to reach clients not just locally in Indiana and Ohio but across the entire nation.
In July 2022, Mezzo Solutions made the move to its current location within the Main Street Resource Center at 814 E Main St. Patrick shared his excitement about their location, saying, "We love being able to walk to so many local businesses. The restaurants, arcades, and the coffee shops are just some of our favorites. It really is such a nice area to walk."
Megan emphasized the importance of building connections with people as a cornerstone of their organization. She stated, "My favorite thing about this organization is the people we meet and keeping those connections." This dedication to personal connections underscores Mezzo Solutions' commitment to holistic mental health support.
Patrick and Megan met while working for the same company in 2016. Outside of their professional lives, Patrick finds solace in playing the guitar and immersing himself in music, while Megan enjoys the outdoors, often embarking on adventures like traveling and kayaking.
